Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally able to enter a contract and use the service in compliance with your local laws.

Keep your credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Marketplace Rules

Listings, messages, and transactions must be lawful, accurate, and not misleading. Prohibited items or conduct may lead to removal.

We may moderate or remove content to keep the marketplace safe and compliant.

  • No fraudulent, infringing, or harmful content.
  • Respect buyer and seller protections, including dispute processes.
  • Comply with our community and safety guidelines where provided.

Payments, Escrow, and Fees

Payments are processed by third-party providers. Fees and payouts may be adjusted for taxes, refunds, or compliance checks.

Escrow and dispute flows are designed to protect both parties; follow prompts and timelines to avoid delays.

Content Ownership and License

You own the content you post. By posting, you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute it for operating the service.

Do not post content you do not have rights to share.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, risk to other users, or legal reasons. We may also remove or restrict content.

You may stop using the service at any time; some obligations (payments, disputes, legal compliance) may continue.

Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided as-is without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a purpose, or non-infringement.

To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the greater of fees you paid in the past three months or one hundred dollars.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable local law unless a different jurisdiction is required by mandatory consumer protections.
