Design and supervise water supply, drainage, sewage and plumbing systems. Conduct inspections, testing, troubleshooting and commissioning of installations. B.Sc./B.Eng./HND in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or a related field. Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in HVAC, plumbing, mechanical services or construction. Experience in building construction, commercial projects or modular/prefabricated construction is an advantage.

Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, water supply, drainage and mechanical systems. Knowledge of Revit MEP/BIM is an advantage. Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications. Experience in site supervision, testing and commissioning. Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary project team.
