If you want something from that woman, you don't need to start gifting her first. Just make your intention known to her. Stop beating around the bush. Respect is what should matter to you as a man not attraction.

Its not your duty to love a woman, she is supposed to love you and not the other way. Even if you love her let her love you more. A woman who loves you will always show it, no matter how arrogant, prideful and egoistic she is.
