How To Stop Opay/okash Unsolicited Calls

How do I stop OKash or Opay or EasiMoney automated marketing bots from calling my phone? I don't have any pending loan applications. I have blocked off over a hundred of their numbers but that doesn't seem to work as they automatically rotate numbers… doing that manually it's like fighting off an infinite number of zombie call bots with nothing but a Dane gun.
