I Don't Understand Airtel ODU?

I have been using Airtel ODU for like 3 months now, from what I have heard there is a 1TB FUP before one is throttled, but I don't usually use up to that in a month. Usually the sub is supposed to expire on 10th of the next month, but one thing I have noticed is that when it is 30th or 31st airtel will throttle my internet speed, even when I have not used up to the 1TB.
