Help! Moving Objects All Over My Body

The last test I went for, I was told that I had stomach ulcers, which I have taken the medication prescribed for me but no improvement.

The symptoms include feeling as if a living being is moving inside my stomach, terrible stomach pains, worm-like movement on my head, feet, even in my scrotum.

I find it hard to stand for a very long time because I will be feeling pains on my legs. Please, if anyone has experienced such or has someone that has gone through such should kindly recommend the best solution that will help me be free from this torment that has made life unbearable to me.
