HR Consultant Job Opening

We partner with organizations across industries to provide strategic HR advisory, recruitment support, performance management frameworks, and change management expertise. About the Role: fully remote but requires Lagos-based professionals who can bring strong expertise in HR consulting and deliver results with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage HR consulting projects end-to-end; Provide strategic HR advisory services to clients across industries; Develop and implement HR frameworks, policies, and processes; Engage directly with clients; Deliver solutions in recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and compliance; Track project milestones.

Qualifications: Minimum 3 years HR consulting experience (agency or corporate consulting background preferred); B.Sc./HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline; proven ability to work independently; strong time management and organizational skills; excellent interpersonal skills; proactive can-do attitude; strong written and verbal communication; familiarity with HR software tools and remote collaboration platforms an advantage; professional certifications (CIPM, SHRM, CIPD) highly desirable.
