We Are Hiring!!! Operations Supervisor

RESPONSIBILITIES: Monitor daily operational activities and ensure adherence to established processes and service standards; Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure contract compliance and timely service delivery; Manage departmental procurement requests, including raising purchase orders, obtaining approvals, and reconciling invoices; Track stock levels, manage reorders, and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments; Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational performance reports for Management; Support regulatory compliance activities; Liaise with Finance, HR, IT, and Commercial teams; Support implementation of new systems and process improvements; Identify and resolve operational issues promptly.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree, minimum Second Class Lower, in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Economics, or a related field; Minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience in operations or process management; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; Strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills; Good knowledge of stock management, procurement cycles, and logistics coordination; Knowledge of regulatory requirements applicable to FMCG.
