[Video: ISESE DAY 2026 - YouTube] The Lagos State Govt (@followlasg): "On this special occasion of Isese Day, I extend warm greetings and best wishes to all Lagosians across the five IBILE divisions - Ikeja, Badagry, Ikorodu, Lagos Island and Epe. Isese Day is an opportunity to celebrate our rich Yoruba heritage, culture and traditions, as well as the values that have shaped us as a people.
It is also a reminder of the importance of preserving our heritage and passing it on to the generations coming after us. As Lagos continues to grow as a global city, we must continue to hold on to the history, culture and traditions that make our state unique. Our diversity and heritage remain an important part of what makes Lagos the vibrant city that it is today. May this Isese Day bring peace, unity and prosperity to our communities.
Happy Isese Day to all Lagosians! E ku ojo Isese! Asa wa ni idile wa, ile wa ni isogo wa." [More videos and greetings in thread: Sotayogaga with Mr. Idris Aregbe, Isese Day in Ikorodu, plus messages from Ogun (Gov. Dapo Abiodun) and Oyo State governments.]
