The NELFUND upkeep money have not really been constant but it do come in from time to time. Moreover I registered late. I have been using this funds to invest in Nigerian stock market. Overtime I have withdrawn some profit. Presently the stocks I bought are in massive dips and I don't know when they will recover. About 50% of NELFUND upkeep sent to me have been used to purchase stocks on NGX. FOR The august upkeep I used it to purchase dangote IPO and the $2 worth of nvidia... It's a personal journey.
