Let me tell you why I picked up my crochet pins and yarns again… 👀
After leaving crocheting for a while, staying at home with my baby boy and his big sister made me realize that I may not have the time to render online services like I used to.
I was advised to rest and stay off my phone for a while, especially while adjusting to life with my newborn.
But guess what? 😂
Here I am… still keeping myself busy with crochet pins and yarns! 🧶❤️
And honestly, I realised something about myself:
I’m not the kind of woman who feels comfortable depending entirely on someone else for funds. I love making my own money too! 😅💰
That’s why I believe every woman, especially stay-at-home mums, should consider learning a skill.
You may not have hours every day. You may have children demanding your attention. You may not be able to run a regular 9–5.
But you can still learn something you can do from home, at your own pace.
Crocheting can start as a hobby and grow into something people are willing to pay you for. From baby wears and accessories to home décor and beautiful handmade gifts, there are so many things your hands can create. 🧶✨
Don’t underestimate the power of learning a skill.
Your hands can create. Your creativity can become income. And your little pockets of free time can become productive.
