INEC Adhoc Staff Recruitment Portal 2026: Application Portal Opens Sept 18 for 2027 Election
INEC has announced the activation of the INECPRES portal for the recruitment/engagement of ad hoc staff for the 2027 General Election.
According to the public notice, the application is scheduled to start Friday, September 18, 2026, by 8:00 AM and close Wednesday, November 18, 2026, by 12 midnight.
The positions include:
Supervisory Presiding Officer (SPO)
Presiding Officer (PO)
Assistant Presiding Officer (APO)
RAC Manager
Registration Area Technical Support (RATECH)
Applicants should use the official INEC channels when the application window opens. The INECPRES platform is pres.inecnigeria.org, while INEC's main website is inecnigeria.org.

Important: The current INECPRES page is still displaying the previous 2026 Osun State exercise, which has closed. So applicants should wait for the 2027 General Election application to be activated on the official platform rather than using unofficial registration links.
