MTN Auto-renewal Deducted My N2000 Airtime — How To Stop It Permanently?

Good morning guys,

Please I need help. I recharged N2000 yesterday for calls, MTN immediately deducted it and renewed a 1GB data bundle I did last week. I didn't even want data.

I called customer care, they said auto-renewal is ON by default.
