Plant Supervisor at Heirbase Management Solutions Limited

Ensure proper handover between shifts and maintain accurate operational records. Monitor adherence to housekeeping, safety and operational standards. Report equipment, process or manpower issues that may affect plant performance. Support efficient utilisation of plant resources and materials. Prepare or contribute to daily operational reports. Minimum Qualification OND in Chemical Engineering, Metallurgy or a related Science discipline.

Additional Requirement Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Demonstration of good supervisory ability Attention to detail Communication skills Problem-solving ability Willingness to work in an industrial plant environment. Preference will be given to candidates who live in Ode Remo or nearby communities and can reasonably commute to the plant. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
