In House Legal Counsel at Zitelle Group

Identify and manage potential legal risks.

Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Conduct legal research and provide practical legal guidance to management. Liaise with external legal advisers and relevant stakeholders when required. Requirements LL.B degree and Call to the Nigerian Bar (BL). Minimum of 4 years’ relevant professional experience, preferably in an in-house legal counsel capacity.

Strong knowledge of Nigerian Labour Law.

Proven experience in contract drafting, review, and negotiation. Excellent communication, analytical, research, and negotiation skills.
