Coordination: Serve as a central point of coordination during major security incidents. Reporting: Prepare incident reports, management updates, and post-incident reviews. Process Improvement: Recommend enhancements to incident management procedures and response capabilities. Awareness & Preparedness: Support tabletop exercises, simulations, and incident response readiness activities.
Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Minimum of 5 years' experience in Incident Response, Security Operations, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Experience handling cybersecurity incidents in a complex technology environment. Good understanding of threat detection, security monitoring, and incident handling processes.
