“Nigerians, get your PVCs” – Lady cries out after ₦50k electricity purchase drops from 958 to 222 units

In her word, she lamented: “Nigerians don’t really know what’s happening in this country.

I used to buy ₦50,000 worth of electricity around May and get 958.5 units. Now in this September, the same ₦50,000 is giving me just 222 units. This is over a 400% increase. President Tinubu, what is happening?

Nigerians, please go and get your Permanent Voter’s Cards. We need to vote out this government next year.” The lady questioned the reason behind the significant reduction in electricity units despite spending the same amount of money.

Her complaint has drawn attention online, with Nigerians reacting to the rising cost of electricity and the impact of increased tariffs on households.

The development has also renewed conversations about the cost of living and the financial pressure facing many Nigerians. Watch the video below… “Nigerians don’t really know what’s happening in this country. I used to buy ₦50,000 worth of electricity around May and get 958.5 units.
