Open Market Sales Representatives at a Multinational Consumer Goods Company

Prospect and activate new outlets to expand market coverage. Build strong relationships with traders and key customers. Ensure product availability, visibility and merchandising. Execute assigned routes and conduct effective daily sales calls. Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback. Follow up on orders, payments and customer issues. Requirements: OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (equivalent work experience will also be considered). 1–3 years' proven sales experience within Open Market and General Trade channels.

Solid working knowledge of open-market dynamics and wholesale/retail sales operations. Strong selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence traders and distributors. Target-driven and proactive, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Proficient with Android smartphones and mobile sales/order-taking applications.
