Responsibilities Own the CEO's calendar, follow-ups, and priority tracking end-to-end Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and probation processes without CEO involvement Maintain accurate employee records and close HR compliance gaps Build and document operational systems that keep the team organised as it grows Pay attention to team dynamics and surface issues leadership needs to know Take ownership of ownerless problems and see them through to completion Requirements 2-4 years of experience HR & people operations Recruitment coordination Onboarding & probation management Employee records & HR compliance Executive support & CEO scheduling Operational systems building Written & verbal communication Attention to detail Discretion & confidentiality HR compliance and record management Calendar and executive scheduling tools Recruitment coordination and ATS usage Process documentation Nigerian labour law basics Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 Preferred Qualifications Startup experience Special project ownership People radar and team dynamics awareness What the Role Offers Strong performers in this role are well-positioned to grow into a Head of People or Chief of Staff function as PebbleScore scales across Africa.
