We are optimizing our international patient appointment and digital booking portal, but we are noticing latency and occasional SSL handshake timeouts for users accessing the platform via mobile networks.

Technical Details:

Primary Web Portal: avangartclinic.com

Server Configuration: Nginx 1.24 with TLS 1.3 protocol

Issue: Slow initial TCP/TLS handshake during patient session routing
