As a junior-level professional, you will work closely with senior team members to coordinate assignments, manage schedules, and maintain compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities: Assist in scheduling and assigning crew members to vessels or projects based on operational needs and qualifications. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of crew certifications, licenses, and availability. Monitor crew compliance with safety, training, and regulatory requirements.
Provide administrative support for onboarding and ensuring proper documentation is completed. • Communicate assignments and updates to crew members in a clear and timely manner. Assist in resolving scheduling conflicts or crew-related issues with a focus on maintaining operational efficiency. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of crewing activities.
Requirements & Qualifications: Degree in maritime studies, business administration, or a related field. At least 3 years experience handling crewing operations. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations is a plus. Preferred Skills: Previous experience in crewing, scheduling, or administrative roles. Familiarity with crewing software or databases.
