Slightly Bent On Rim

Please can this slightly bent rim cause car vibrating at 80kmh, my mechanic said it's the cause but I have changed to spare tyre and the vibration is still there,so I'm skeptical to change the RIM because even when I changed to my spare tyre, it's still same issue
