SCUML Issues

Now for over 3-months, been applying for SCUML yet they keep responding with silly excuses after a long delay.

Just now, they once again responded that the TIN wasn't included. soemthing that's part of the uploaded documents.

Guess what, tried calling them and over 8 phone numbers on their website, none are functioning AND it's not due to network because I really ensured I was sure.

If only they understand people like me rather spend twice the cost an agent would charge to do SCUML for me to alter our CAC document to remove the requirement.

BUT then again, most people are DOCILE hence they end up having their way.
