Nollywood actress Kemi Afolabi has lashed out at those telling her she doesn’t look sick. Taking to one of her social media page, she said if one has never gone to bed wondering if they will wake up the next day, then they don’t have right to tell her she doesn’t look sick. I have stomached and handled so many things I am not pleased with maturely in the past for the sake of peace. I will no longer be doing that because it is confirmed medically that it has contributed to my health challenges.
Trauma accelerates autoimmune disease, triggers inflammation that causes chronic lupus flares for me every day time! I know for a fact I am not operating off of my own strength. Na Baba God dey run am. 2026, I never drink after drop cup health-wise. Need nobody’s pity, leave me alone, don’t care about yours”.
