Nigeria 2027 Election: Obidient Grassroots Mobilization – Supporters Cross the River
Even the water could not stop the gathering.
In a striking display of grassroots mobilisation, supporters carrying blue NDC flags and handwritten banners were seen moving through village streets, gathering along the waterfront and travelling by boat.
Many wore white, while others raised peace signs and held their phones up as they moved together through the community.
The scenes highlight the growing effort by supporters of the Obidient movement to take their message beyond major cities and into grassroots communities, with boats and waterways becoming part of the mobilisation.
From the streets to the water, the gathering captured a strong sense of organisation, energy and political participation.
