We are recruiting to fill the position below: Location: Lagos, Nigeria Job Type: Full-time We are seeking an experienced IT Support Officer to provide technical support and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations across the company's locations.

Troubleshoot computers, printers, Microsoft 365, applications, and network issues. Manage IT tickets and resolve incidents within SLA. Install and maintain IT equipment and peripherals. Support LAN/Wi-Fi, CCTV, biometric, and other IT-enabled systems. Maintain IT asset records and support user onboarding and deployments. OND/HND/B.Sc./B.Tech. in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in IT support/helpdesk.
