Head of Human Resource at First Ally Trust MFB

> Job Purpose To lead and manage the Bank's Human Resources and Administration functions by driving talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, learning and development, payroll administration, policy compliance, and workplace administration to support the achievement of business objectives. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement HR and people strategies aligned with business goals.

Oversee recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, and succession planning. Manage performance appraisal and employee development processes. Drive employee engagement, culture, welfare, and recognition initiatives. Ensure accurate payroll processing and administration of employee benefits. Develop, review, and enforce HR policies and regulatory compliance requirements. Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.

Oversee office administration, facilities, vendors, and support services.

Strong knowledge of performance management, labour law, payroll, and employee relations. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Key Success Measures Recruitment turnaround time. Employee engagement and retention rates. Payroll accuracy and timeliness. Training and development effectiveness. HR compliance and audit outcomes.
