> Base ₦450,000/month (incl. transport allowance) + uncapped commission About us: An Abuja-based solar energy company serving households, businesses and institutions across the FCT. We have our own showroom, local warehouse, installation and after-sales team. This is an onsite, field-based role in Abuja, FCT. Not remote. This is a full-time salaried position — not a commission-only agent role.
You will be visiting customers on site daily. What You Will Do Find and close customers across the FCT — households, businesses and institutions. Visit sites, assess the customer's power needs, recommend the right solution, show them what they currently spend on generator fuel and grid bills, close the sale and collect the payment. System design, formal quotations, installation and after-sales are handled by our team — you focus on customers and closing.
We are looking for earners, not salary collectors. If you want a comfortable fixed salary, a quiet desk and no pressure, this is not the job for you. The base salary is there to keep you standing. The commission is where you make your money — and there is no ceiling on it. We want a fighter. If you recognise yourself above, please do not apply — it will save us both time. What We Need Minimum 5 years of sales experience in Nigeria, with at least 2 years owning a revenue or territory target.
Bachelor's Degree, HND or equivalent. A proven ability to close high-value deals where the buying cycle runs into months, not days. Fluent English and Hausa. An existing network of electricians, estate agents, facility managers or business owners in Abuja. Solar experience is an advantage, not a requirement — full training is provided. Earnings Base ₦450,000 per month, inclusive of transport allowance, plus a quarterly performance bonus.
And uncapped commission on every system you close and collect — there is no ceiling on what you can earn. Interview: A business interview, a 20-minute case study, and a short field visit.
