How To Lay A Long Lasting Marriage Foundation
God initiated marriage and wants everybody to get married in a godly way, be fruitful and multiply. Genesis 2: 22-24.
Marriage is good, in fact, it is a wonderful experience, but sometimes it is a BONDAGE especially for some Christians whose doctrine doesn't permit them to remarry after their spouse leaves them, either through separation or divorce.
Why?
When your spouse leaves you either through separation or divorce. If you're a genuine Christian like in RCCG Doctrine, you can not remarry. The only thing that can give you the FREEDOM to remarry, is DEATH of your spouse!
Anchor Scripture:
1 Corinthians 7:39 (KJV)
The wife is bound by the law as long as her husband liveth; but if her husband be dead, she is at liberty to be married to whom she will; only in the Lord.
Also as a Christian man who must do REGISTRY Wedding, you are not permitted to marry second wife, even if your wife separate without officially divorce you.
If you must file a divorce by yourself as a man, divorce is not easy
Divorce process is COSTLY (you may spend millions of naira), Divorce is TIME consuming, and you CANNOT even remarry except your spouse dies, God forbid, or else you will remain as a single divorcee FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE!
That is why I said, sometimes, marriage is a BONDAGE to some certain.people.
Only God can help us to protect our marriage and build a long lasting home.
However ,if you find yourself in this type of bondage, Jesus is the ONLY way out, seek Him, He will deliver you.
May God bless every Christian Home.
Whoever wants to marry, therefore, SHOULD SEEK THE LEADING OF THE HOLY SPIRIT IN CHOOSING WHOM TO MARRY.
A LIFE WITHOUT DIVINE GUIDANCE, IS A LIFE IN CHAOS.
THE BEST WAY OF SEEKING THE LEADING OF THE HOLY SPIRIT IN CHOOSING WHOM TO MARRY IS NOT THROUGH A MAN OF GOD / THIRD PARTY, BUT PERSONAL ENCOUNTER, as thus:
BE BORN AGAIN GENUINELY, DO WATER BAPTISM, THEN, YOU WILL BE FILLED WITH THE HOLY SPIRIT, HE WILL EMPOWER YOU TO DO MANY THINGS, AND OF COURSE, YOU WILL BE HEARING FROM HIM IN ALL MATTERS OF LIFE INCLUDING MARRIAGE.
ACCEPT JESUS CHRIST INTO YOUR LIFE TODAY, YOU WILL NEVER REGRET OF DOING SO.
