“You were picked and arrested” – Yetunde Barnabas calls out critic, Ajefunke hours after forgiving her over defamation case

Nollywood actress Yetunde Barnabas has called out her critic, Ajefunke Kofoshi, hours after forgiving her. Hours ago, in a social media post, Yetunde said she faced off with Ajefunke in court over her defamatory comment about her movie. She said Ajefunke admitted her wrongdoing, hence why she decided to forgive her. She said Ajefunke had agreed to make a video apology. “Ajefunke and I have finally faced off legally.

She has admitted her wrongdoings, and for the sake of peace, I have decided to let it go on these conditions. Love always. Thanks, everyone”. In a surprising twist, Ajefunke shared a video of herself and Yetunde on her page, saying she wasn’t arrested but was only invited. “Yetunde invited Ajefunke, not arrested. Eyin elejo ofo, Omo ale iru”. From Ajefunke’s post, it was clear she was trying to make it seem like a friendly invitation, not a legal arrest.

Responding to her statement, Yetunde said she was picked up and arrested, begged, and admitted her wrongdoings, and she decided to let go for peace. “You were picked up and arrested; you begged and admitted your wrongdoing with the cursed and begged me, so I let it go for the sake of peace cause there’s nothing in this life. And you begged me to make a video, which I agreed to cause I love peace I made the video after telling you not to curse people again, and I still cautioned you in the same video.
