Nigerian comedian Ayo Makun is celebrating his younger brother, Yomi Casual and his wife, Grace Makun, on their 9th wedding anniversary. Sharing photos of the couple, he said they remain his pride and a beautiful reflection of love in the Makun family. He said love truly lives with them and prayed for their marriage. “Happy 9th wedding anniversary to my younger brother @yomicasual and his lovely wife, Grace @fabjewels_official.
Love truly lives with you both. May you continue to love, support, and understand each other as you grow together in marriage, business, and every shared dream. You remain my pride, just like @lanremakunevents and @cutemisianoskincare—a beautiful reflection of love in the Makun’s family. God bless you at home with many more happy years”. Earlier this month, AY celebrated his other brother’s wife’s birthday.
He described Joy Makun as his beautiful wife, praising her as a wonderful wife, an amazing mother, and a caring support system who always checks on him and makes sure he is doing well. Last year, Ayo had celebrated Yomi Casual and his wife on their 8th wedding anniversary. Sharing photos of the couple, he expressed his happiness and pride in knowing that the Makun family continues to move forward, regardless of anything else.
He had also celebrated his immediate younger brother, Lanre Makun, and his wife on their 10th wedding anniversary. He expressed pride in seeing them build a home and rained prayers on them. In May, 2025, while celebrating Yomi Casual’s wife’s birthday, he threw shade at his ex-wife Mabel. AY described his brother’s wife as an incredible woman and praised her for her loyalty, and dedication to her family.
He noted that she has always stayed true, avoiding distractions and influences. Nigerians dragged Makun over his comment about his brother’s wife. While complimenting his her, AY made a remark that taunted his ex-wife, as he urged everyone at the party to applaud his brother’s wife, who is still married. Also, last year, when his younger brother, Yomi Casual, marked his 40th birthday.
AY noted how he isn’t a perfect example of keeping one’s home front intact. However, he was proud of the love and respect his brother had for his family. AY also expressed pride in Yomi’s achievements and the person he has become.
