I've been thinking, how do people who work in the oil and gas get in? what did they do differently? I always see graduate trainee links but I'm not a graduate trainee I am an experienced hire, although not in oil and gas but I still apply and haven't been successful.
Please if you have idea how one can have access to these organization even as a contract staff. just drop it. Help humanity!
