Key Responsibilities Wash, dry-clean, iron, press, fold, and finish garments according to company standards. Inspect garments before and after cleaning for stains, damage, special-care requirements, and other issues.
Apply appropriate stain-removal and garment-care techniques based on fabric type. Operate laundry and dry-cleaning machines safely and efficiently and report equipment faults promptly. Ensure garments are properly handled, sorted, packaged, and prepared for collection or delivery without damage, loss, colour bleeding, or shrinkage. Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all laundry, safety, hygiene, and quality-control procedures.
