> Job Responsibilities Overall responsible for the daily management, arrangement and supervision of the cement plant equipment maintenance team. Formulate equipment daily maintenance plan, regular overhaul plan and preventive maintenance plan, and organize on-site implementation. Manage maintenance personnel attendance, work arrangement, technical assessment and daily team training.
Track equipment operation status, count failure data, analyze maintenance problems, and formulate equipment improvement and maintenance optimization schemes.
Coordinate with production, technology and safety departments to ensure maintenance quality, control maintenance cost, and guarantee long-term stable operation of production line equipment. Responsible for maintenance material management, spare parts statistics and maintenance work report submission.
Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related majors.
At least 5 years of cement plant equipment maintenance management experience, familiar with full-line cement production equipment. Have independent team management ability, familiar with factory equipment maintenance system and management process. Proficient in mechanical failure judgment, maintenance arrangement and resource scheduling.
Strong overall planning ability, emergency disposal ability and communication coordination ability.

> Job Responsibilities Responsible for daily inspection, maintenance, fault diagnosis and repair of cement plant mechanical equipment (rotary kiln, ball mill, conveyor, crusher, fan and other mechanical equipment). Complete equipment regular maintenance, overhaul and parts replacement work strictly in accordance with maintenance specifications. Record maintenance data, sort out equipment maintenance files, summarize failure causes and put forward improvement suggestions.
Cooperate with the maintenance manager to complete preventive maintenance work to reduce equipment failure rate and downtime. Guide maintenance workers to carry out standardized operation, ensure maintenance safety and construction quality. Cooperate with Chinese technical team to complete equipment transformation, debugging and technical upgrading work. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Equipment Maintenance or related majors.
At least 3 years of mechanical maintenance working experience in cement plant, familiar with cement production line mechanical equipment structure and failure principle. Able to independently complete equipment fault detection, disassembly, maintenance and debugging work. Familiar with mechanical drawing, equipment maintenance process and safety operation specifications. Hard-working, able to adapt to on-site emergency maintenance work, strong practical ability and sense of responsibility.
