CRM & Payment Gateway Operations Analyst at Recruitmentbod Africa

Set up CRM billing processes, pricing, and payment flows for campaigns. Configure and monitor payment gateways. Monitor refunds, chargebacks, and payment settlements. Work with developers, marketing, and other teams to ensure smooth campaign operations. Prepare daily performance reports using Excel. Requirements Experience with payment gateways and CRM is complusory. Strong Excel and data analysis skills; SQL is an advantage.

Understanding of recurring payments, refunds, and chargebacks. Marketing or campaign operations experience is an added advantage. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Note: The role is fully remote, but the successful candidate must be able to work in the EST time zone.
