Kenibara VII ascended the throne in 2016, reportedly describing his appointment as a divine calling. Beyond his role as a traditional ruler, he served as chairman of the Akassa Clan Council of Chiefs, succeeding Chief Newton Igbani-Okuru. He also served as chairman of the Central Zone of the Ijaw National Congress (INC).

In August 2026, the monarch commended the Nigerian Navy for its efforts to tackle criminal activities in the Akassa area, expressing relief over operations that reportedly improved security for residents.

He also advocated peace and unity among traditional rulers in the Akassa Kingdom and called for a constitution to guide the clan council. His reported death marks a loss for the Moko-Ama community, where he played a role in traditional leadership, peacebuilding and development.

In a video shared on social media, Dokubo was seen brandishing a sword and singing a war song while making remarks about the President’s ability to handle the situation. Reacting to Dokubo’s outburst, Charly Boy suggested that the former militant’s criticism might be connected to the presidency’s failure to renew his alleged benefits or patronage.

Brandishing a sword, Dokubo said … “Tinubu, na me dey tell you, you no go fit fight.

Tinubu surrender. The country too hard. This country is too hard. We dey vex. Look, out fuel, everything is too expensive in this country. “Everything is too expensive. We have refineries but they’re not working in this country.

According to her, some residents collected ₦15,000 while others received ₦20,000 during governorship and local government elections, with financial incentives allegedly influencing their voting decisions. However, she expressed frustration that the same residents returned to depend on her for water after spending the money they received during the elections. The woman explained that she pays for the meter and pumps water herself, insisting that she is not the government responsible for providing basic amenities.

Angered by the situation, she said she decided to restrict the water supply and advised the residents to approach the government they had collected money from. “Go and cry to your government. The government that you’ve collected ₦20k from. How can you cry to the government to give you water, road and light when they’ve already paid you ₦20k naira?

The ₦20k they gave you, that is your children’s future.

The things that your children are supposed to benefit,” she lamented. She argued that the money residents collected during the elections represented opportunities their children could have benefited from through better roads, electricity, water supply, scholarships and healthcare. The woman maintained that she would no longer bear the burden of providing water for residents she accused of compromising their children’s future for financial gain.

Prophet Abel Boma cautioned that social media support could be temporary, warning that the actress might eventually face her challenges alone. “The same social media that is pushing you will leave you alone. Everyone will leave you alone. You will stand alone in that challenge,” he warned. The cleric also referred to Regina’s reported health struggles, mentioning her illness, weight loss and what he described as a period of rejection.

He urged her to address what he called foundational issues, warning that unresolved problems could affect future generations. Prophet Abel Boma further advised Regina to keep her marital issues off social media and seek reconciliation with her husband. “If you want to stay well in life, if you want to stand well in life, if you want to do well in life, if you want to live long, don’t walk out of the marriage.

Go and settle the marriage. Take the marriage out of social media,” he added. He also warned that those encouraging Regina to leave might not stand by her during future difficulties, adding that even members of her family could abandon her. The prophecy has resurfaced amid public discussions about Regina and Ned Nwoko’s relationship.

However, the cleric’s statements remain his own predictions and advice, not established facts about the actress’s future.
