Selling A Car, What Documents Are Necessary.

Hello. I am selling a car of mine to someone around me. but i need to know what documents i need to sign or prepare for transfer of full custody. He has already paid though because he did not want to keep the money any further to avoid spending. What are the documents i can prepare for this other than purchase agreement and change of ownership. Thanks
