OpenAI has announced a $1 billion initiative called Daybreak for Frontline Defenders, giving organizations protecting critical services subsidized access to advanced AI cybersecurity tools, training and support. Initial targets include water systems, electricity providers, government organizations, banks, nonprofits and open-source maintainers in the US. Nigeria not currently confirmed.
