We ordered a full roasted goat online in Nigeria (YouTube: AfrospiralTV) and it wasn't bad - I won't name the restaurant. Plenty of meat, but I'm not sure if it was a full goat; more like half a goat. Well, knowing how Nigerians can be, I was pleased - because what appeared to be Irish potato was actually so (I hate it when people use sweet potato instead of Irish potato).
The side dishes, garnishing and sauces were excellent.
I wish they could marinate the goat for like 3 days in a freezer then slowly smoke it for a day like those guys in Texas, USA do - but I can only dream of that I guess. So could you do this?
Order a roasted goat based only on Instagram videos and trust for over N100k? Let's hear from you guys.
