Homemade Chicken Djaj With Garlic Toum
Chicken Djaj is a tasty Middle Eastern chicken dish made with simple spices, garlic, lemon, and onion. The chicken is cut into small pieces and cooked in a hot pan until the edges are golden and slightly crisp. It is best served in warm pita bread with white toum (garlic) sauce and crunchy pickles.
The creamy garlic sauce and sour pickles add a lot of flavor to the warm chicken.
