JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for a knowledgeable and innovative Food Scientist who will support the development, improvement, testing, and quality assurance of our food and beverage products; contribute to product formulation, food safety, shelf-life studies, process improvement, and compliance with applicable food industry standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop, formulate, and improve food and beverage products; Conduct product trials, testing, and sensory evaluations; Support R&D of new products; Conduct shelf-life and stability studies; Monitor raw materials and finished products; Collaborate with Production and Quality Control teams; Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements; Maintain accurate records; Investigate product quality issues; Keep up to date with food science developments; Support continuous improvement initiatives.
