HIRING - Digital Commerce & Growth Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the brand's digital presence, e-commerce growth, customer acquisition, and online sales. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage the brand's social media platforms and develop engaging content strategies; Manage the e-commerce website, including product listings, merchandising, promotions, launches, and conversion optimisation; Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other relevant platforms; Manage email, SMS, and WhatsApp marketing campaigns; Set up and manage relevant online marketplace accounts; Monitor website traffic, sales, conversion rates, advertising performance, and customer acquisition; Develop and execute digital launch campaigns and growth strategies; Coordinate with creatives, photographers, videographers, and designers; Prepare regular digital performance reports.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field; at least 4-6 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or growth marketing; proven experience growing consumer-facing or e-commerce brands; hands-on experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, and paid advertising; experience with marketplace management, CRM/email marketing, and conversion optimisation; strong understanding of online sales, customer acquisition, and digital analytics; must demonstrate measurable results from previous campaigns.
