URGENT VACANCY! FOR IMMEDIATE RESUMPTION. FMR Agency is recruiting on behalf of a reputable Beauty & Aesthetics Company. Location: Ojodu Berger, Lagos. Employment Type: Full-Time. Salary: 180k. Responsibilities: Manage daily operations of the beauty centre; Supervise and coordinate staff; Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction; Monitor staff performance, attendance, and conduct; Manage appointments, complaints, and client enquiries; Drive sales and client retention; Monitor stock, equipment, and general facility standards; Prepare operational and performance reports for Management.

Requirements: Minimum 2 years' experience in a managerial/supervisory role in a beauty, spa, salon, or aesthetics business; Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills; Good understanding of beauty/aesthetics operations; Ability to manage a team and work in a fast-paced environment; Professional, organised, proactive, and results-oriented.
