Flashing Android 16 Firmware To A Device That Is On Android 14

Hi, My Samsung S24 is stuck on android 14 one UI 6.5 and I intend to flash adroid 16 one UI 8.5 manaully with Odin. Hope there's no issue bypassing one UI 7? Also, If you're currently on one UI 8.5, l will appreciate if you can share some information regarding the battery life and overall performance of the phone after the update.
