My girlfriend visited me today, and while she was asleep, I had the urge to go through her phone.
We’ve had a couple of issues over the three years of our relationship, and we’ve found ways to resolve them, but ever since we’ve had the luxury of being together after she graduated from school last year.
I’ve not had the chance to go through her phone. The times I’ve always gone through her phone and caught her was whenever she comes to spend few days with me.
So while she was around and asleep today, I checked her WhatsApp and I wasn’t surprised she was still doing the things I’ve corrected her about.
She has this guy, they’re church members and they’re always calling themselves pet names and all and I’ve warned her about it which she promised to change, that happened 2024.
A few months back, after she came back from NYSC camp and visited me, there was this guy who called her three different times while we were being intimate.
She picked up the call, and I got pissed and queried her about that action. She said he was asking about things pertaining to NYSC PPA stuff, so I let it slide.
So my spirit told me to check her message with the guy but I scrolled down her phone and didn’t find anything then I clicked the contact list and looked for his name then clicked it, lo and behold, the chat was locked.
I tried every passcode I could think of; it didn’t work.
After she left and got back home safely, I brought up the issue and sent her evidence because I used my phone to take a video of everything.
Plus, I went through her calls and found out the guy called her 13 times on one Sunday. They spoke for like 6mins+

So, I don’t know what to do, even though I told her I’m done, because most of your teachings that I’ve applied have really worked.
At one point, she started going through my phone, but I’ve been a faithful person. I work at home, don’t go out, and I’m starting my MSc at OAU next month.
I’m 27 and she’s 23.
