Whitehorse Capital Ltd Launches ₦594 Million Legal Action Against First Choice Intl

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE. Whitehorse Capital Ltd has formally initiated a N594,000,000.00 lawsuit in the High Court of the FCT, Abuja, against First Choice Intl Consulting & Financial Solutions Ltd and High Chief Michael Diji, seeking full refund, substantial general damages, special damages for logistics, and exemplary damages following alleged fraudulent banking transactions involving compromised bank instruments valued at N2.1 Billion, N1.4 Billion, and N675 Million respectively.

Whitehorse Capital operates a business model where clients provide initial deposits of 30-50%; First Choice's initial breaches forced Whitehorse to pay 100% in full to purchase and deliver vehicles to some clients who had only paid deposits - and many of those clients capitalized on the situation and defaulted on repayment plans. According to the statement of claim filed by their solicitor Anthony Eruagha Esq., High Chief Michael Diji, MD of First Choice International, compounded the crisis by failing to fulfill financial obligations and issuing compromised bank instruments.

The documents aver that on 29 March 2026, a hostile demand for a N465,000,000.00 commission was made by one Apostle Henry Garba regarding the N2.1 Billion financing instrument sent to their account at the now-defunct Heritage Bank, backed by severe threats to the life of GMD Mr Paul Ndi Oyemike. The instrument was entirely compromised and tied to completely different transactions, despite payments received.

Suit No: FCT/HC/BW/CV/229/26 formally filed to recover all funds and secure judicial damages for fraud, impersonation, and unlawful exposure. 'Funds recovered from this action will be strictly deployed to satisfy and settle our obligations to our clients... we are fully committed to ensuring our clients are made whole through structured batch refunds as independent funds are raised,' stated Management.

Matter now SUB JUDICE; Whitehorse will refrain from further public comments outside court filings. Signed: Management, Whitehorse Capital Ltd.
