WHITEHORSE CAPITAL FIGHTS BACK: N674M SUIT FILED AGAINST VEHICLE FINANCE FRAUDSTERS. ABUJA, FCT - Whitehorse Capital Limited and its Managing Director, Paul Ndi Oyemike, have filed Suit No: FCT/HC/BW/CV/229/26 at the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, Bwari Division, to recover N594,000,000.00 lost to an alleged vehicle finance fraud scheme. The suit was filed against First Choice Intl Consulting & Financial Solutions Ltd and other parties over a transaction that occurred between 2019 and 2021.
According to court documents, Whitehorse Capital paid funds for vehicle financing which were not delivered as agreed. The company is seeking refund, damages, and interest. Speaking on the development, the MD Paul Ndi Oyemike stated that this legal action is the first step in the company's process to bounce back and ensure justice for investors and stakeholders.
