Legendary singer 2Baba undoubtedly had an unforgettable birthday thanks to his kids. The singer, who shares 8 kids with four women, received love from seven of his kids as he marked his 51st birthday over the weekend. In a video from his birthday celebration, the singer’s kids wished their father a happy birthday. They thanked him for being a good dad, reaffirmed their love for him, and wished him peace and happiness.
The video included his kids with Sunmbo Adeoye, Pero Osaiyemi and Annie Macaulay. Notably absent from the celebration was his wife and the mother of his toddler son, Natasha Osawaru. He said that family fills the soul, while fame fills the arena. Kemi Filani reported on September 18th that the music icon had turned 51 and had also launched his album, Oldest Young Man. To celebrate the double milestone, he threw a birthday dinner and listening party in Lekki, with four of his kids and mother in attendance. Also spotted at the event were Spryo, Ayo Makun, Wande Coal, Faze, Julius Agwu, African China and others.
Last year, while attending his son Zion’s graduation with Sunmbo, his kids teased him over his Samsung phone, urging him to opt for an iPhone. 2baba blessed the internet with an adorable video of him and his sons with his exes, Sunmbo Adeoye and Pero Adeniyi. This was the first time the legendary singer had been spotted with his four sons in the same room. Pero’s children reside in the US and rarely interact with the others.
Early last year, a video of 2baba kids with Annie and Sumbo bonding with his new partner made rounds online. In the video, 2face and Natasha were captured on a boat trip with Annie Idibia’s daughters, Isabella and Olivia and his sons with his ex-girlfriend, Sunmbo Adeoye, Nino and Zion. The video saw Natasha catering to her stepkids and showing them love. Refreshing your memory, in January last year, 2baba, announced his separation from Annie.
Following their separation, he speedily moved on with Edo-state lawmaker Natasha Osawaru. On July 25th 2025, the music icon had traditionally wedded Natasha, in a low-key ceremony attended by close family members, including the singer’s parents. Last year, November, the couple welcomed their first child. The gënder of the newborn is unknown as the couple played on Nigerians. In January, they had dedicated their child in church.
In photos and clips that made rounds online, 2baba, his wife and mother were captured with the newborn in a Catholic Church where they dedicated the child. While performing at his concert in December, the legendary singer had tendered an apology to the public. He appealed to Nigerians to forgive him and his family, and not to be angry.
