Can Someone Explain This For Me?

During 2024, tried looking for work, no avail, so I left her and travelled to east,To start my own business.

My business was doing ok, then decided to go back to FUTO(the University I attended to collect my certificate and transcript).

I reached FUTO collected my certificate. To collect my transcript, I was asked to pay N20000,so a printout was given to me from my school to use to print out my receipt, so this receipt is what I will present to the office to collect my transcript.

So I went to a cyber cafe to print out my receipt

So after like a while went to my school(FUTO) to collect my transcript, I was given but my cgpa was reduced by 0.1

So my transcript had a cgpa of 2.89 instead of the 2.90cgpa I initially saw back then.

What does this mean, are my to return to my school
