• ⁠Develop creative and attractive beverage offerings.
• ⁠Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning.
• ⁠Interact professionally with guests and provide knowledgeable beverage recommendations.
• ⁠Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar/service area.
• ⁠Monitor beverage inventory and replenish supplies as required.
• ⁠Minimise wastage and support effective cost control.
• ⁠Ensure proper handling and storage of beverages and bar equipment.

• ⁠Maintain compliance with applicable hygiene, safety, and service standards.
• ⁠Support personalised beverage experiences for guests.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience as a Mixologist, Bartender, or similar role in a high-end hospitality environment.
• ⁠Strong knowledge of cocktails, mixology techniques, and beverage presentation.
• ⁠Creative approach to beverage preparation and guest experience.
• ⁠Excellent communication and customer-service skills.

• ⁠Good knowledge of hygiene and responsible beverage-service practices.
• ⁠Professional appearance, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
